RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
It's our goal to ensure that you have a positive shopping experience with us at 5575. We understand that shopping online can be tricky at times. We are here to help with any questions or concerns you may have and to make your shopping experience as enjoyable and smooth as possible.
REFUNDS
- Strictly no refunds, returns or exchanges on Discounted Items, Gift Vouchers, Personal Care Goods (Such as Beauty Products), Food Products and Earrings
- For a refund, you must process your request within 5 days of receiving your order. You can do this by contacting us at shop@5five7five.com.au or 0436 307 040. Once approved, refunds must be strictly returned within 14-days of receiving your order.
- For an exchange, you must process your request within 5 days of receiving your order. You can do this by contacting us at shop@5five7five.com.au or 0436 307 040. Once approved, refunds must be strictly returned within 14-days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Upon receiving the return. If the item is not in its original condition 5575 has the right to refuse the return or exchange.
If your return or exchange is accepted, we kindly ask you to post the item back at your own expense. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded once we receive the return on your original payment method. You will be notified once your refund has been processed. Please remember it can take up to 3 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We do recommend that you use a registered post or trackable courier when returning an item, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.

DAMAGED ITEMS
Our goal is to deliver products of exceptional standard and quality to our customers. Each item undergoes a comprehensive inspection before being dispatched. If you have received an item that you suspect has a manufacturing fault, please contact us immediately via email or phone as above. Kindly include a photo or two clearly showing the defect/fault, as this will expedite the returns process.
Return Shipping will be waived if you receive the wrong item, the item is damaged or faulty
